Culture of Excellence

We prioritize Utah artists, including those who have lived here for extended periods but may no longer reside in the state.

We work with a wide range of musical styles, including for Jazz, Classical, Celtic, Folk, Broadway, Cabaret, Big Band, Country, Mariachi, and more! We are less interested in rock and pop but do make exceptions.

Our priority has always been to pay the musicians. We typically pay artists at the end of the performance with one check to the bandleader, who is responsible for distributing it equitably. If there are any concerns regarding payment distribution, please contact us.

Typically, we expect a 90-minute set. If an intermission is desired, plan for two 45-minute sets. However, playing straight through is often preferred.

We collaborate with community partners and provide professional sound and lighting, often through Taylor Audio, our long-time production partner.

We value professionalism in appearance, performance, and interaction. Your performance should embody excellence in every aspect.

Since 2012, nearly all our events have been free, with children in attendance. Expect a diverse and appreciative audience.

We typically don’t use individual contracts. Instead, we prefer a clear email or text trail outlining essential details for easy reference.
